We’re proud of our high success ratio when it comes to placements. And we’re equally proud of our extremely low candidate dropout rate.
But we don’t think it’s a coincidence. In fact, we think that both are due to the detailed assessments we carry out on all potential candidates.
Before we submit any candidate, we interview them to gain a clear understanding of their aspirations, skills and motivation for changing jobs.
But it’s not just about experience, ability and a good CV — we also like to meet them face-to-face to see if they’re a good fit for your business.
If it’s not possible to do all this, we’ll tell you. After all, we wouldn’t want to employ someone we didn’t really know — and we wouldn’t expect you to either.

No compromises. No poaching.

We don’t believe in compromise. So one thing we definitely won’t do is guarantee you five candidates by 5pm. We know it takes time to find the right people, particularly if it’s a genuine commitment.
We also don’t encourage candidates to move simply for a pay rise. And we’d never approach a candidate that worked for one of our other clients.
One thing we will do is check all references where possible, then pass them on to you. (Clients are responsible for checking and validating their own references for all candidates).
We do all this to ensure that both candidate and client has a clear understanding of what the other is looking for.
