Role: Multi-site Operations Manager
Operation: Boutique hotel/restaurant operations
Location: Glasgow & surrounding
Salary: £60k package

Ellis Mack is working with this multi-site operator, boasting hotels, award winning bars and fabulous restaurants serving fresh local produce. They are looking for a Operations Manager to join their team

Role/Responsibilities:

• Supporting GMs With recruitment
• Working with GMs to ensure the right levels of resources are in place
• Auditing and supporting the GMs with training and ensuring all HR documentation is in place
• Reviewing the ongoing H&S management practices within each business,
• Writing new Standard Operating Procedures as required
• implementation of an Operational Sales Action Plan in each area

Skills/Experience:

• General management techniques including man management, financial management, and have revenue, sales and marketing acumen
• Training, developing and coaching people
• Excellent communication and presentation skills
• Managing multi-faceted, multi-site businesses
• Financial management capability to read and interpret P&L and to develop action plans to address issues where performance is diverging from budget
• Ability to read and understand, interpret and act upon broader management information
• Business planning to effect results
• Influencing skills, and gaining buy in from senior managers
• Ability to review managers, and audit performance management of senior managers
• Ability to spot new revenue generation/business opportunities
