Role: Sous Chef – Day Time Hours
Operation: 5-star luxury hospitality/2/3 AA Rosette
Location: St Andrews
Salary: £40K+

Ellis Mack is currently looking to recruit a talented Sous Chef to work in one of their independent incredible 5-star luxury hospitality in St Andrews.

Role/Responsibilities:

• Responsible in assisting the Head Chef
• Effectively managing the brigade
• Ensuring the quality of food meets the Hotel Group standards and meets current Food Hygiene laws.
• Assist in the smooth and efficient running of the kitchen.

Skills/Experience:

• Previous experience in high volume and fast paced kitchen will be highly beneficial.
• Previous experience at Junior Sous or Sous Chef level
• Creative with eye for detail
• Organised and good time management
• Good communications skills
• Passion for food
