Salary: £60-70k ote

Ellis Mack is currently working with a luxury boutique hotel in the Perthshire countryside, looking for a General Manager.

Roles and Responsibilities:

• Business development networking, Sales Marketing, offer development.
• P+L accountability for unit.
• HR responsibilities including recruitment, training and development of staff.
• Auditing standards across every aspect of Ops from Stocks to delivery of front of house offer.
• Daily and weekly reconciliation of sales/ end of week/ payroll.
• Achieving all KPI targets for your businesses through effective controls and management.

Skills/ Experience:

• Have experience managing food and beverage operations
• Possess a passion and knowledge for food and drink.
• Experience developing successful Sales Marketing strategies.
• Be commercially astute and driven by results across all metrics.
• Be driven and focused on first-class standards across every aspect of the operation.
• Have shown loyalty and longevity throughout their career.
• Have excellent planning and organisational skills.
