High volume, quality, this multi-site expanding operation can offer excellent career progression opportunities, suited to a career motivated, passionate Duty Manager.

Role/ Responsibilities:

• Reporting directly to GM
• Very hands on operational position, focus on ensuring a first class offer across the operation.
• Through short, medium, long-term planning & regular meetings with various HOD’s ensuring company standards are maintained & targets met.
• Recruitment, training & regular staff reviews
• Business development to maintain & increase current levels of business.

Skills Experience:

• Have a track record in luxury 4/5-star high volume, multi faced hotels.
• Be hands on, lead from the front, strong financial acumen, innovative & creative, good longevity throughout career.
• Customer focussed, knowledgeable in sales, room revenue etc.
• Equally strong in both customers facing & back of house financials etc.
• The successful applicant will have proven experience & track record in a quality operation, preferably a boutique Hotel style operation but corporate will be considered with good all-round experience.
• Driven to maintain the highest standards motivate & consistently always.
