Role: Sous Chef – Day Time Hours
Operation: Multi-faceted high-volume
Location: Glasgow
Salary: £35-40K package + OTE
Great opportunity to work for this great contract catering company in Glasgow. This is a multi-faceted high-volume operation, combining kitchen/various retail and restaurants. Looking for a sous chef to innovate/drive quality of produce.
Role/Responsibilities:
• Responsible in assisting the Head Chef
• Effectively managing the brigade
• Ensuring the quality of food meets the Hotel Group standards and meets current Food Hygiene laws.
• Assist in the smooth and efficient running of the kitchen.
Skills/Experience:
• Previous experience in high volume and fast paced kitchen will be highly beneficial.
• Previous experience at Junior Sous or Sous Chef level
• Creative with eye for detail
• Organised and good time management
• Good communications skills
• Passion for food
