Ellis Mack is working with this high-volume fresh food restaurant in the Fife area, who are looking to find a motivated experienced Director of Operations.
This is a high volume operation so previous experience in similar role is key.

Role/Responsibilities :

• Creating and delivering an effective, strategic business plans for the operations.
• Source and deliver new Business for the Scottish properties.
• Providing vision, direction and leadership for the team.
• HR responsibilities including recruitment, training and development of senior staff.
• Maximising Business Development through every possible avenue available.
• Financial accountability – P+L, Budgeting and targeting the performance of your Businesses and ensuring delivery of all KPIs.
• An ambassadorial role for the business.
• Overall responsibility for the smooth running of the Operations and compliance of all the Scottish Operations.
• Overseeing all Building and refurbishment projects and ensuring the completion of all projects on budget and on schedule

Skills/Experience:

• Already be operating as a Senior Multi-Site Hotel Manager or Director of Sales within hospitality or leisure.
• Be a driven and motivated individual who inspires and breeds success in their team.
• Have loyalty and longevity throughout their career.
• Possess excellent sales and negotiation skills.
• Be consistent and continuously focussed on first class standards across every aspect of the operation.
• Have an excellent knowledge of the Scottish Hotel and Corporate Venue markets.
