Ellis Mack Recruitment is working with Scotland's most popular luxury glamping experience looking to recruit a multi-site Operations Manager

Role/ Responsibilities:

• Business development through driving sales and implementation of Sales & Marketing strategies.
• HR responsibilities including recruitment, training and development of staff.
• Ultimate responsibility of consistently high standards of offer and guest experience.
• Daily Stock Control and full weekly audit.
• Daily and weekly reconciliation of sales/ end of week/ payroll – full P+L accountability
• Achieving all KPI targets for your business through effective controls and management.

Skills & Experience:

• Possess a passion and knowledge for hospitality
• Have had previous experience in similar operation
• Be a sales focussed and target driven individual – motivated by achieving business goals.
• Be driven and focussed on first class standards across every aspect of the operation.
• Have shown loyalty and longevity throughout their career.
• Have excellent planning and organisational skills.
• Have excellent personal presentation and be consummately professional at all times.
