Package: £45-50K OTE LIVE IN

Ellis Mack Recruitment is working with an independent, Boutique Hotel looking for an ambitious, talented Head Chef to work under their exceptional Head Chef. Live In accommodation available.

Duties/ Responsibilities:

• Driving all aspects of kitchen operations, Maintaining & driving consistently high standards of produce.
• Assist in the recruitment & training of all junior members of staff.
• Daily Stock Control & ordering
• Responsible for all KPI targets such as GP %, environmental health issues on a daily and in the head chef’s absence you will need to report all targets to Management

Skills/experience:

• experience in a similar role, ideally of one year
• Self-disciplined, organised and an effective communicator
• confidence and leadership to inspire and motivate a team alongside
• You will be passionate about delivering high quality, seasonal food with.
