Multi-faceted operation, combining high end holiday lets, water sports & leisure and F&B operation. Our clients are looking to appoint a career motivated Assistant manage with track record in high quality hospitality operations. Reporting directly to the proprietors, Op’s manager responsible for the entire F&B operation
Very hands on operational position, main focus on ensuring a first class offer across the operation
Ensuring all GP targets, wage costs etc are being maintained
Through short, medium, long term planning & regular meetings with various HODs ensuring company standards are maintained & targets met.
Recruitment, training & regular staff reviews
Business development to maintain & increase current levels of business
The Ideal GM will:
Have a track record in luxury high volume, multi facted Hotels
Be hands on, lead from the front, strong financial acumen, innovative & creative, good longevity throughout career
Customer focussed, knowledgeable in sales, room revenue etc
Equally strong in both customer facing & back of house financials etc
The successful applicant will have proven experience & track record in a quality operation, preferably a boutique Hotel style operation but corporate will be considered with good all round experience
Driven to motivate & consistently maintain the highest standards at all times
