Ellis Mack Recruitment is working with an International, multi-site Hotel Operator looking to recruit an experienced Food Beverage Manager for its prestigious property in the beautiful Highlands. The perfect venue for business and leisure breaks in Aberdeenshire.
The Ideal Candidate will:
Have experience working in Food and Beverage Manager within a 4/5* Hotel background.
Experience in quality Restaurant Banqueting Operations.
Have shown loyalty and longevity throughout their career.
Be a stickler for brand standards operationally and back of house possess real attention to detail and drive this through the rest
of the department.
Work closely with the Executive Chef and his team.
Be flexible and adaptable to working in the restaurant, pub, cocktail bar, room service and at events.
Present immaculately and possess energy and personality.
Ideally have a Degree or equivalent Hotel Management qualifications.
Consistent delivery of quality guest experience and offer across every aspect of the F&B department.
Business development through marketing, service and offer development.
Full compliance and due diligence for H S, Risk Assessments across Hotel Ops.
HR responsibilities especially focussing on training and people development.
Successfully delivering all targets for the department as set against company budgets both Sales and
Delivery of brand standards across every aspect of Hotel Operations.
