Ellis Mack are working with a client as an exciting opportunity for a Chef de Partie to join the kitchen team. Their chefs are flexible so you could be producing food for their Bar, Dining room and Lounge as well as busy functions suites: That means youll have a really varied workload. Do you have what it takes?
As a Chef de Partie, youll motivate the chefs, have an eye for quality, consistency and for portion control. Youll build good relationships with the front of house team to make sure our guests get exactly what they want, quickly. A great coach, mentor and communicator, youll inspire the teams with your passion for food. A qualification in professional cookery would be great, and relevant industry experience at Chef de Partie level is essential.

Food preparation in specific area, Larder, Sauce, Pastry
Reporting to senior chef on stock requirements daily check goods in.
Working with approved menus.
Maintaining Health and Safety and Hygiene standards to the highest possible standards.
Ensure compliance with all company policies and procedures as appropriate.
Carry out any other duties related to the role as may be required from time to time.
Maintaining driving consistently high standards of produce to a 5-star standard.
The Ideal Chef will:
Have extensive experience in a similarly high quality 4* Hotel
Possess a passion and knowledge for food.
Be driven and focused on first class standards across every aspect of the operation.
Have shown loyalty and longevity throughout their career.
Have excellent planning and organisational skills.
Have excellent personal presentation and be consummately professional at all times.
