Ellis Mack are currently recruiting a Chef de Partie for a multi faceted Hotel accommodation, that has high end casual dining with an extensive conference & banqueting operation and modern kitchen to match.

You will play a key role in maintaining and building the properties already excellent reputation and have the desire and determination to climb the career ladder and help take the business to an even higher level.

The ideal Chef De Partie will have previous experience of working within a similar sized kitchen and be able to work under pressure. You will need excellent organisational skills alongside the ability to work both independently as well as part of a team. It is essential that you can follow instructions whilst using your own initiative to prioritise tasks in fast paced and potentially stressful environment.
