Ellis mack currently working with a contract catering, company in Glasgow. We are looking to secure chefs that can work on regular basis around clients’ needs. Hours vary including daytime hours.

What’s involved in working for Ellis Mack:
• Duties: Range from Chef de partie to head chef
• Operations from fine dining to contract catering to Care Homes
What we look for in a chef:
• 3/5 years minimum as a CDP
• Reliability – Turn up when you agree to shifts!
• Good timing keeping, Turn up on time!
Hospitality Documentation required:
• Food Hygiene Certificate level 2
• Food Allergen certificate
