The new property will operate as high-end food led high volume brasserie with contemporary cocktail offer. Authentic High-quality Asian street food everything cooked fresh on site.
N.B. important to note that Pan Asian cuisine experience is not a necessity as the company works with an experienced consultant whom can assist with this but there must be an interest in this type of coking/offer!

Minimum of 5years experience, with at least two years as sous chef or above
Desire to work closely with the management team to drive the business forward
Input into all areas of kitchen management inc. all KPI targets such as GP %, environmental health issues, menu design etc.
The Ideal Head Chef will:
Have Sous/ Head Chef experience in a similarly high quality operation.
Possess a passion and knowledge of Vietnamese / Asian cuisine food.
Be driven and focussed on first class standards across every aspect of the operation.
Have shown loyalty and longevity throughout their career.
Have excellent personal presentation and be consummately professional at all times.
