Duty Manager

Ellis Mack is recruiting for an upmarket holiday destination with significant expansion plans in progress. Multi-faceted operation, combining high end holiday lets, water sports & leisure and F&B operation. Our clients are looking to appoint a career motivated Duty Manager with track record in high quality hospitality operations. This is an exciting opportunity for a driven individual of the right cultural fit to join an ambitious expanding operation.

Responsibilities as Duty Manager include:

Reporting to the General Manager, supervising & day to day management of the Hotel & F&B operation
Maintain standards across the operation
Be Very hands on operational position, providing support dealing with all operational issues on a day to day basis.
Ensuring 1st class standard of service throughout all sites
Recruitment, support training of junior staff

Experience as Duty Manager required:

Have a track record in similar high quality operations
Be hands on, leads from front, good longevity throughout career
Customer focused
The successful applicant will have proven experience track record in a similar quality operation
Good longevity
Driven to motivate consistently maintain the highest standards at all times
