They require a Chef de Partie with a keen eye for detail, an organised approach and a willingness to exceed the guest expectation.
We care currently looking for a Chef de Partie that can run a section within in a 4/5* Hotel and in a Rosette environment, that wants to progress their career.
Responsibilities and overview:
You will have the opportunity to move around all sections of the kitchen in this role. The menu on offer is a la carte, however they also have conference & banqueting. The menus allow you the opportunity to showcase some of the best local food producers who share a passion for great local and seasonal produce.
Chef de Partie must be passionate about food and hard working with a proven track record for longevity and career commitment . Experience in a similar position is necessary and we are looking for commitment and dedication to work under a rosette awarded chef of many years.
